CBR Adoption is where I place the rods at a discounted rate for a variety of reasons - these could be ex-display or prototype models which are new, my own personal rods I am turning over or even some rods with small errors (like a spelling error on the decal) - CBR adoption gives you the opportunity to pick up an awesome custom build at a heavily discounted rate - these always go quick, and will be updated from time to time.
