X-Flock heat shrink will reduce to half its starting diameter. Heat shrink is a great option for estuary and surf rods to reduce the width of the blank in the angler's hands. It is also used extensively over the top of EVA grips o achieve a different look without going to a full leather grip.  Available in 1M or 1.6M lengths
